This course is about those things. You start with positioning, because a generalist competes on price and a specialist competes on fit. You will choose a defensible niche, describe it in language a buyer uses rather than a developer, and build a small set of proof assets that make the case for you before a call begins.
Then the pipeline, which must run whether or not you are busy. Where clients genuinely come from, how referrals are asked for without awkwardness, what to publish and how often, and why the marketplaces are a starting point rather than a business.
Pricing gets a long, honest section. Hourly against day rate against fixed price against retainer, with the risk each transfers to you. Estimation that includes the work you always forget. Raising rates with existing clients, in exact wording. Finally the contract essentials, deposits and milestones, change requests handled as a routine conversation, and the escalation sequence for an invoice that has gone quiet, ending with the point at which you stop work.
